※Regarding long-term absence of parcels and incomplete addresses※

The clothes sold at LINK@ include selected items from both overseas and domestic sources, as well as original products produced domestically.

All staff at our company are responsible for inspecting all items, but the stitching of clothes made overseas may be rougher than clothes made in Japan.
Please understand that this is an overseas product before purchasing.

*We will use either Yamato or Sagawa Express for delivery. You cannot choose the delivery method.
*We do not accept returns due to customer's preference other than initial defects. Thank you for your understanding.

*There have been an increasing number of cases where packages are returned due to people not receiving them due to long-term absence or due to an incomplete address . If a package is returned due to an incomplete address, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for re-delivery.

If you are absent for an extended period of time, we will negotiate with the delivery company and can store the item for up to 2 weeks, so please reply to our phone or email. If we are unable to contact you, we will assume that you have no intention of purchasing the item and will resell it.

*Delivery may be delayed due to road conditions or weather.
*The color of the product may vary slightly depending on the monitor you use.
*Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order after it has been confirmed.
*Please note that for Okinawa and other remote islands, delivery will take 2 to several days after the shipping date.

*Special terms regarding returns: Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations for reserved items once payment has been made. If you wish to return an item due to personal reasons or a difference in preference, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. If the item is defective, we will cover the shipping costs.

If there is an initial defect in the clothing (such as a hole in the unused state, or a frayed seam that makes it difficult to wear), we will promptly refund or exchange the item. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us by email or phone.
