We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions regarding the use of the LINK by mille website.

Q. After adding an item to my cart, it says it's sold out or an error message appears.

Please note that we do not have a cart keeping function, so orders will be processed in the order in which payment is completed.

You can register your card information and address in advance in the SHOP app listed below. We hope you will give it a try when you have time!

If you are a regular Amazon user, we also offer Amazon Pay. This is also recommended as it saves you the trouble of having to enter your regular account information.

Q. I entered a coupon code but the discount is not reflected.

After entering the coupon code, you need to tap the black "Apply" button. Due to the system, it is difficult to apply a coupon after shopping is completed. Line coupons are currently distributed indefinitely, so you can keep the coupon until your next purchase.

We are providing the same guidance to everyone, so we appreciate your understanding.

Q. I don't know how to register for Shop Pay, and I want to complete my order quickly (e.g. when stock is limited)

A. If you want to complete your order as quickly as possible, such as when stock is low, we recommend registering for shoppay.

First, create an account and log in. (You can also log in with your Google account.)

Shipping addresses → Address registration

All of the above can be done from the settings.

For security reasons, an authentication code will be sent when you log in. Simply enter that code and all your information, including your address, will be reflected.

Q: How many points can I use?

A. Points can be used from 1 point.

Points are valid for six months and can be used as needed.

Q: What payment methods are available?

A: We offer multiple payment methods.

Q: I would like to know the size of your clothes.

A. Most adult sizes are free size and unisex sizes. If we sell smaller sizes, we will state this in the description.

Children's clothes are available in sizes from baby to junior, and sizes may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer. If you are still unsure after checking the measurements, please contact us via Instagram DM, contact form, or official LINE. We will ask you about your child's age, height, and weight so that we can provide you with appropriate guidance.

Q. I would like to pick up my mail order items at the store.

For in-store pickup, please indicate this when ordering.
