We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions regarding the use of the LINK@ website. Updated December 2025

Q. I made an inquiry but haven't received a reply by email.

We will reply to all emails within 2-3 business days.

If you feel you have not received a reply to your email, please check your spam box. If you cannot find it or if it is urgent, please contact us via our official LINE.

Q. Points and coupons cannot be used at the same time.

Due to a specification change in December 2025, simultaneous use is no longer possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Q.How many points can I use?

Points can be used from 1 point.

Points are valid for six months and can be used as needed.

Q. When will points be awarded?

The points you have placed will be awarded 2-3 days after your order has been shipped.

Q. I haven't received an order confirmation email.

If you complete your order without entering your email address, all notifications will be sent to your phone number via SMS.

If you have not received an email even though you have entered your email address, please check your spam folder.

Q. After adding an item to my cart, it says it's sold out or an error message appears.

Please note that we do not have a cart keeping function, so orders will be placed in the order in which payment is completed.

You can register your card information and address in advance in the SHOP app listed below.

Q. I entered a coupon code, but the discount is not reflected.

After entering the coupon code, you will need to tap the black "Apply" button. Due to system limitations, it is difficult to apply a coupon after completing a purchase. Line coupons are currently distributed indefinitely, so you can keep the coupon until your next purchase.

We are providing the same guidance to everyone, so thank you for your understanding.

Q. I don't know how to register for Shop Pay, and I want to complete my order quickly (e.g., when stock is limited).

A.If you want to complete your order as quickly as possible, such as when stock is low, we recommend registering for shoppay.

Add the product to your cart here

It will be automatically linked when you press the shoppay button.

For security reasons, an authentication code will be sent when you log in, so simply enter that code and all your information, including your address, will be reflected.

If you register here, the process will be completed in just two taps.
