Q.I entered a coupon code, but the discount is not reflected.

After entering the coupon code, you must tap the glowing black "Apply" button. The system makes it difficult to attach coupons after completing your shopping, so you can keep the coupons until your next purchase.

Q. I won a coupon using Scratch, but I don't know the coupon code.

Scratch coupon system service ended on July 15, 2023 and is currently discontinued. We will notify you as soon as we find out about the irregular distribution of coupons on the official line and new systems.

Q.I don't know how to register for shop pay, and I want to complete my order quickly. (If stock is limited, etc.)

A.If you want to complete your order as quickly as possible, such as when we have low inventory, we recommend registering for shoppay.

Q. How many points can I use?

A. Points can be used starting from 1 point.

Points are valid for six months and can be used each time.

Q.I would like to know the size of the clothes.

A.Adult sizes are basically one-size-fits-all, and most are men's sizes. If we are selling a smaller size item, we will write it in the description section.

Children's clothing is available in baby to junior sizes, and there may be slight differences in size depending on the manufacturer. If you are still unsure after checking the measurements, etc., please contact us via Instagram DM, inquiry form, or official line. We will ask about your child's age, height, and weight so that we can guide you appropriately.

Q. I would like to pick up mail-order items at a store.

For in-store pickup, please indicate at the time of ordering.
